Our goal at Mindfull is to create high quality, delightful product that enriches the lives of its users. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return unopened and unused items in their original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.

Please choose sale items carefully as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for an exchange.

Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made by post.

If you would like to exchange an item, please get in touch with our customer service team to arrange the return of goods. Once the returned item is received, a new order with the exchanged item will be processed and we will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
